Join a team that brings innovative and groundbreaking designs to life! We are looking for horticulture fanatics, outdoor enthusiasts, and plant pros to join our seasonal Fine Gardening Team as a Fine Gardening Technician (est.
Spring-Fall).
Our Technicians work 40
hours per week as they work on some of New Hampshire's most beautiful lakeside and mountaintop properties! Grow your connection to the outdoors while:
Planting, deadheading, weeding, mulching, and pruning ornamental trees and shrubs Assisting with seasonal color enhancement installations and special projects Completing Spring & Fall cleanups to best prepare properties for the season Utilizing proper planting & pruning techniques for ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals Maintaining an overall safe work environment by using Personal Protective Equipment Supporting our crew leaders & team members through all aspects of daily horticulture and gardening operations Working long days (9
hours) during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons and some weekends (as needed) in a variety of weather conditions What are we looking for? Garden enthusiasts who have a basic understanding of horticulture and gardening best practices with an interest in expanding their skillset Natural problem-solvers who find passion in creating beautiful outdoor spaces A Valid Drivers' License and the ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card Ability to work outside in a physically demanding job and lift up to 50 pounds People interested in growing their skillset and career with the PAI Team!
