We are excited to offer two full-time positions at a new center in Warner, NH.

Duties Prepare Youth for Success Creates an environment that facilitates the achievement of early childhood outcomes:
Organizes and maintains a developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive learning environment; ensuring a healthy, safe, clean environment both inside and outside of the facility.
May provide nurturing routines such as diapering, dressing, and feeding.
Supervises sleeping children.
Creates a dynamic, fun, creative, and interactive classroom experience.
Assesses members' performance and progress to ensure that they are gaining new skills on a regular basis.
Provides guidance and role modeling to members.
Program Development and Implementation Ensures the evaluation of Club programs on a continual basis, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and address their gender and cultural diversity.
Controls program and activity expenditures within the approved budget.
Oversees proper record keeping and weekly reporting, including activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements, and any problems/issues.
Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and children.
Increases visibility of Club programs via posting the daily schedule, and announcements of upcoming events through different social media channels, parent emails, etc.
Supervises teacher aides in the classroom and ensures they are following program policy and customer service expectations.
Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 9 credits in child development and/ or early childhood education, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university or a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised child care experience working in a licensed program.
First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
Candidates must actively exhibit a passion for early education and an enthusiasm for learning; demonstrate exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills; deliver required paperwork and lesson plans on time and to completion; respond to changing work environments by demonstrating flexibility with schedules, teamwork, and families; display excellent written and verbal communication skills, classroom management skills and must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with children, parents, and staff.
